Our comprehensive induction training, Learning Plan and dedicated training resources mean that our training is one of best ( if not the best ). Our Induction training and shadowing which is paid, allow people who are new to the sector to start a career in care in as little as 4 weeks.
Our pattern of rostering means that you can have regular hours and guaranteed income. We do not use Zero Hours contracts unless you wish to be on one (e.g bank staff)
Our dedicated apps mean that you can check your work schedule anytime using your phone.
Our Care Star award is unique. Every 6 months we select a Carer who has had displayed something exceptional and they are gifted with a reward such as a free full expenses paid holiday. When you take up unscheduled shifts at last notice we enter you into a Raffle Draw to win a prize every month.
